At Cozy Glow, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and straightforward return process.
Easy Order Changes and Cancellations
- Change Your Mind? Email us at support@cozyglow.com.co within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation.
- Missed the 24-Hour Window? No worries! You can still return your item once it’s delivered for a refund.
Hassle-Free Returns
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, un-opened, and in their original packaging.
- Exceptions: We cannot accept returns for customized orders, gift cards, or warranty purchases.
How to Return Your Items

Start Your Return:
- Log in to your account, go to Orders, select the items you want to return, provide a reason, and submit your return request.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a shipping address from a Customer Experience Specialist.
- Note: Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.

Pack It Up:
- Ensure all items are securely sealed in their original packaging with all original materials.

Ship It Back:
- Take photos of the package inside and out to document its condition.
- Ship with your preferred carrier and consider adding insurance for protection.
- Send the tracking number and a photo of the receipt to support@cozyglow.com.co.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Warranties and Defective Products
- Warranties: Some of our fixtures come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects (not wear and tear or improper installation).
- Defective/Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is defective or damaged. We’ll arrange for free replacement parts.
