Shipping Locations

We are a US-based company, sourcing our lighting from vendors in the US, Europe, and Asia. Depending on product availability, items will ship from our warehouse in the United States or from overseas.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Processing Time: Orders are verified, tailored, quality checked, and packaged within 2-4 days after being placed. A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is processed. If you do not receive a tracking number within 6 business days, please email us at support@cozyglow.com.
  • Shipping Time: Our free premium shipping typically delivers within 6-12 days. Estimated delivery dates are provided just above the Add to Cart button.

Important Delivery Information

Please ensure your address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses or customs clearance issues. While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, we rely on third-party shipping companies and cannot accept liability for delays.

If more than 10 days have passed since the estimated delivery date and you still haven't received your order, please email us at info@cozyglow.com. Refunds will be handled via email if necessary.

Note: If a package is returned to us because the customer was not available to receive it or did not cooperate with the shipping company, the return shipping cost will be charged (which can be up to several hundred dollars).

Refunds

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  1. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the buyer.
  2. Delays due to force majeure incidents such as natural disasters, bad weather, or war.
  3. Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as public holidays and customs issues.

Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, or tariffs applied by local customs. These charges are not part of our shipping fees.

Shipping Damage

Please contact us within 48 hours if there is any shipping damage. Shipping companies only accept damage claims within one week of delivery, so it is crucial to notify us promptly.
